We know waiting for your order can be tough, but don't worry - we'll ship it from our workshop within 3 business days of receiving it.  And the best part? You won't have to pay a dime for outbound shipping or exchanges.

We stay strong in our commitment to being eco-friendly by using recycled boxes and compostable packing material.  Just remember to hold onto the box and packing material in case you need to return or exchange something!

To top it off, we've partnered with UPS to provide carbon-neutral shipping options that support projects that include reforestation, landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment, and methane destruction. 

With porch pirates on the prowl, we don't want to risk your order falling into the wrong hands. So, we'll send you a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email when your order is out for delivery. That way, you can stay in the know and keep your precious cargo safe, so your plants can be the envy of the town.

Order Cancelation Policy: 

Need to cancel or make changes to your order? No worries, just reach out to us and we'll do our best to take care of it! We want to minimize our carbon footprint and reduce our impact on the planet, so let's work together to make that happen. 

If your order has already left our workshop before we can help you, no sweat! We ask that you kindly refuse the package and we'll start the refund process once it's safely back in our hands. Easy-peasy, planet-friendly cancellation process.

Missing Package Policy:

We know ship happens, like packages going AWOL. But don't worry, we've got your back.  If your order didn't quite make it to your doorstep, make sure to let us know within 24 hours so we can team up with UPS to track it down. To give them time to work their magic, we'll put a 3-day hold on your order once a missing package case is opened.  If your package is still MIA after the hold period, we'll happily send you a replacement.  Just remember, if you wait too long to give us a heads up, recovering your package will be your responsibility.
